The Middlebury Ski & Snowboard Club (MSSC) is excited to announce an opening for a part-time Program Director. This key role is responsible for overseeing the training and racing programs for all club athletes, as well as managing the administration of all club activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in racing or coaching, although individuals with a strong administrative background and freeski/freeride knowledge will also be considered.

The Program Director is responsible for:

● Organizing, planning and facilitating training sessions for athletes
● Hiring, training, scheduling and leading coaching staff
● Coordinating with MSSC Board of Directors on finances and program operations
● Collaborating with Snowbowl staff and Middlebury College Alpine coaches when necessary

The Program Director is an annual position, with a term running from August 1st to July 31st.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
